全欧华人专业协会联合会(Federation of Chinese Professional Associations in Europe, 缩写FCPAE)于2001年11月21日成立。联合会旨在团结在欧洲的各华侨华人专业协会，维护和保障旅欧华人专业人士的合法权益，丰富生活，为在欧洲的华人华侨和留学生回国创业和回国服务提供交流的平台和合作的机会。联合会由成立时的十个会员协会，已发展扩大到现在的六十三个会员协会，他们分别来自德国、英国、法国、荷兰、比利时、瑞典、葡萄牙、瑞士、丹麦、奥地利、爱尔兰、意大利和芬兰等国。各成员协会拥有在欧洲各行各业工作的两万多名华人华侨专业人士。
The Federation of Chinese Professional Associations in Europe (FCPAE) was established on November 21st, 2001, and officially registered with the District Court of Frankfurt, Germany (registration number VR 12689). FCPAE is dedicated to uniting Chinese professional associations across Europe, advocating for the protection of their legitimate rights, fostering their interests, enhancing their quality of life, providing a collaborative platform for interaction and cooperation among overseas Chinese and international students in Europe, and facilitating their entrepreneurial endeavors in both Europe and China. FCPAE serves as a unifying force, bringing together Chinese professional associations and organizations located in over ten European countries. Anchored by their respective presidents, councils, and dedicated activists, FCPAE actively promotes a "win-win" approach through mutual exchanges, robust communication channels, talent identification and recommendation, as well as the promotion of collaborative industrial projects. All these efforts are carried out while strictly adhering to the laws and regulations of European countries and China. FCPAE is committed to fostering the exchange of knowledge, culture, and industrial collaboration between Europe and China, all the while fostering closer ties among its own members. Since its inception, FCPAE has been proactively fostering exchanges between Europe and China. We have organized over 60 delegations, facilitating visits to China. Furthermore, we have established innovation and entrepreneurship centers in Jinan and Xuzhou, China, and hosted more than 20 international symposiums and philanthropic initiatives across both continents.
